Integrating ActiveCampaign Using API Call Notifications

This guide will help you create an ActiveCampaign integration for platformOS using API Call Notifications.

Requirements

To follow this tutorial, you should be familiar with creating API Call Notifications. You also have to have access to the Partner Portal and know how to manage integrations, and have an ActiveCampaign account where you can find your API key.

Steps

Integrating ActiveCampaign using API Call Notifications is a two-step process:

Step 1: Create API Call Notification

Create an API Call Notification:

1. Go to https://www.activecampaign.com and sign in. Click the "Settings" option located in the left side navigation menu.
2. The Account Settings menu appears. Click the "Developer" option.
3. The Developer Settings page loads and displays your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key.
4. Replace <<YOUR_API_KEY>> with your ActiveCampaign API key.
5. Replace <<YOUR_ACCOUNT_URL>> with your account URL.
6. Add the payload based on the attributes in your form.
